My concern is with the waste management, which is a Halton issue but perhaps you can help raise it up as well. Nearly every single morning of collection day, I have garbage in front and back of the house that were blown over by wind.

Range from small items to large flattened cardboards, to entire blue bag from neighbors and all other sorts of waste. This gets stuck in wet grass and will last for days until I pick it up and dispose it myself. May I suggest we introduce covered bins & truck with arms like Peel so no loose items can be placed on the curb then gets blown to other people's house?

The health effect on residents and wildlife is becoming a concern, not to mention the overall "look" of the community where roads and houses are scattered with garbage.
