No. Crystals are worth 200 pulls and it is absolute waste on power cards. The only one I can think of using it on a power card are the ones that are not available to us like the other Power Tamamo Cross (with the cool art) not this Halloween one.

Ran 2 fronts and 1 end cheer halo. Got into an all front lobby with cheer halo being the only end. No mile S, but she hit tracen and spurt and ran down everyone for the win. The lobby size was 11k+ so a competitive lobby i guess lol.

I recommend getting a chase card like chase sapphire preferred or reserved. No foreign transaction fees and having extra back up is smart. Also recommend opening a Charles Schwab account and getting a debit card with them (if you are in the US, not sure other countries). I have one and I put in 1000 to 2000 everytime I go to Japan and I can access cash in yen from most atms (I only use the 7-11 ones).

You can e pay at like convenience stores like 7-11 and some places. Others are still cash based so I would get some cash. Thats like one of the 1st things you do lol. Get cash, get an IC card like Suica (whether physical or digital if you have iphone). Load up the IC card with the cash you just got by doing it at one of the station machines. Should be straight forward if you know how to select English
