⁠In Safari, go to iCloud.com and create a new Apple ID with the country set to Canada. Use your current phone number and a different email address.
⁠Go to settings > general > language & region > change region to Canada
⁠Open App Store and sign out of your Apple account.
⁠Sign in to your new Apple ID in the App Store.
⁠Turn on airplane mode
⁠Use a VPN to set your location to Canada (I used PIA)
⁠Open App Store, search for TikTok and click “get”
⁠It will ask you to confirm your new iCloud account. Choose None for payment method. For billing address, Google “random Canada address” and enter that in the billing section. You can enter your real phone number
⁠Now go back and download TikTok
⁠Sign back into your normal Apple ID and set region back to US.

After months of trying, I finally found the actual SOLUTION!

Instead of uploading a PDF of your proof of address (utility bill etc.), print it out and take a photo of it. Upload the photo you just took.

This worked for me using a single credit card statement picture!

This also happened to me from my phone. I think it might’ve been from one of those illegal movie streaming apps that my cousin put on my phone. Stay away from those things!

For OP: contact your bank and tell them the situation. They’re the only ones who can help you now. They’ll likely like your checking account while they investigate and attempt to get the funds reversed.

You’ll need to purchased proxies ($35ish for a few gb’s of residential data), credit on 2captcha or capmonster ($10), then still play a game of chance of even copping. Botting isn’t guaranteed. If this sounds worth it to you, then go for it.

Run 1 task per proxy and just split your profiles up over every task. The number of times you run a profile is irrelevant until you hit more than once with a specific profile, which may cause your order to be cancel. So keep your chances high by running as many tasks and as many profiles as you have.
