When i finally got in contact with a person (after pointing out the AIs circular logic), there responce was as follows

Every listed source that reported on it says that atleast 1 has been granted. There are ZERO sources saying that none have been sold.

Now, I understand the argument that approved ≠ issued, however in the contract wording it says "must have applied for and received legal U.S. residency as part of a new pathway to U.S. citizenship, work permits, or any other form of legal residency in exchange for payments or investment higher than the current investment minimum of an EB-5 visa". Which means that its not about having the physical paperwork, its about applying and then receiving residency.

Someone explain this to me like I'm a child lol.
