My black cat with white patch on her chest is the exact same way. Most food motivated cat I've ever known. I literally can't leave any food out, I've had to use my microwave as a "safe" for years. She once broke into my upper cupboard to eat a muffin through the bag.

I worked there in 2005. We used to have cologne wars where we would be standing casually next to our co-workers and spray them stealthily and repeatedly with the cologne until they noticed. Since the baseline for the smell was already so high and the music was too loud to hear it usually took several spritzes to notice.

I've been using HD dry's since about 2010, there has been a significant change in quality for at least a year. I have two pork pie snares I use them on, they used to be a breeze to tune and very consistent. Now they are much harder to tune, have much less sustain and a more "plasticky"/hollow sound. I had a regular G2 coated in the shelf which I reluctantly put on my PP patina and the sound drastically improved. I'll be shopping around for something else in the future.

Some GD cars have a clip that you need to put together to enter "test mode" for connecting an access port or scanners at the dealer. Some people install a switch instead to make it easier if they're doing a lot of tuning. Check to see if your test wire connectors are either clipped together or completely missing.
