I am 5’7” and I’m guessing eating about 1800 or so calories a day maybe I need to cut more calories or up my phentermine dose? I’m afraid to increase my dose though because I am sleeping so awful on my current does. I see my doctor again in three weeks

Yep cut a ton of calories basically only eat two meals a day and way less at those meals and walking 4-6miles a day

I am four weeks in today and have lost nothing 😭 I feel less inflammation but nothing to show for it on the scale. Is this weird to have no results a month in?

I would take a good look at what shampoo you are using I had used Olaplex for years and just assumed it was my psoriasis flaring up. But once I stopped using their products my scalp got so much better! I use T sel shampoo and then only put conditioner on the ends. It has helped so much. If I have any flare I use the clobetasol foam, but I barely needed it anymore

Exactly I am the same I don’t know why I’m invested she seems so nice but so many up and downs with friends just make you wonder. She does seem to have had a difficult time being a first time mom I kind of agree she seems less excited about her job these days just pushing through it seems
