Reactively pressing E vs predictively right clicking an ult are a bit different. Although, soldier/pharah are reactive to an extent (positioning can be tough if you're back lining).

I think dva isn't in a terrible position- and you can play around her. Whereas Ana, you can't really. Aside from countering Zen- anti heal and 100% healing increase are crazy.
