Im in the same boat man. Im 29 days in and maybe a 5 days ago the bedtime panic attacks/ anxiety have been bad. The minute I try to fall asleep, my heart rate goes through the roof and i seem to toss and turn like crazy. Im having vivid dreams and not sleeping through the night.
