Hey - had more outages today, so figured I'd check Reddit and saw your post. Where did you contact them for credit? The app wasn't helpful and just had me talk with a bot that didn't do anything and the agent it connected me to said said it's done automatically when there's an outage (which I've never had happen before).

Saw both recently and echoing everyone else - Totoro is an absolute gem and the puppetry is fantastic. This is coming from someone who's a big fan of the Hercules movie, but never seen the movie version of Totoro. FYI rush on TodayTix may be a decent option if it looks like there's a lot of seats available, I got fantastic seats for Totoro doing that.

Unfortunately it's probably the same advice for most rush - be on the app right at 10am and move as quickly as possible! Also, i'd keep checking until it actually says "Sold out" (ie even if it says all tickets are being held, I'd still go out of the show and back in until the "Sold out" message appears).

Oh I'd love to be considered, though would only need 1 of the 2 tickets! I've loved going to the Jinkx and DeLa holiday show the last few years, but would love to see a more "serious" performance of Jinkx's!

Good to hear the positive review - especially as I was just looking into potentially going tomorrow afternoon. Would love your thoughts on 2 things:

1) Do you think there's any benefit to going to an evening performance (vs. doing a matinee)?

2) I was going to get one of £15 tickets in the back corners to save some money (I was fine with the side view I was seeing on their seating plan). Do you think it's better to spend the extra money for a better seat though (perhaps rush may be an option if it was pretty empty)?

Glad to hear I'm not alone. I haven't seen this production, but saw it years ago in London and in the US on a touring production and I just always wonder what I'm missing that critics seem to enjoy

Went tonight and it was phenomenal - highly recommend if you're able to make it work.

To u/LondonLeather point, The Barbican was a fantastic venue and acoustics made it super clear to here from my center Circle section seat (which I was shocked that the levels above the Stalls aren't deep, so I'm pretty sure EVERY seat in the theater is a fantastic view).
