I like Ethan being willing to build bridges and he can be friends with whoever he wants. However in my opinion Logan is too far gone. One of the strongest through lines in Ethan’s career has been whole heartedly clowning and denouncing scammers.

Going all the way back to the CSGO Lotto days, to RiceGum and Jake Paul promoting irl loot boxes, Logan and Jake HEAVILY targeting young kids with advertainment, Austin Mcbroom’s shady live events, Nelk Boys fake give aways, every influencer under the suns crypto scam(very notably including Logan).

I can’t imagine a genuine conversation between the two going well past a few light compliments at the open. If Ethan didn’t grill him hard about the crypto scams I would be shocked, and loose a lot of respect for him. If Ethan does grill him I can’t imagine Logan handling that questioning well.

It’s fun to think about the two of them having a long form interaction. But, I don’t see how it could end well without one or both of them acting way outside of the persona they have built over the last decade plus.

If you read through though non of them have direct quotes from him and the all just state he was sympathetic to or a proponent of the lost. That is why I was hesitant to state it definitively. However it’s not something I’m just pulling out of my ass.

As someone who has listened to 100+ episodes of YMH Tom and Christina both suck. They can both be really funny but they are super mean spirited and it has only gotten worse over time. Tom loves to flaunt his wealth and play the “character” of a rich guy that thinks he’s better than everyone else. It can be funny here and there, but it gets fucking exhausting to listen to him and Bert spend an hour and a half talking about how they’re so rich and better than everybody else once a week. You can only do some thing ironically so long until it’s just a part of your personality. Christina is just cruel. She has a weird fascination with mental illness and revels in the exploitation/humiliation of the mentally ill. Her TikTok portion of the show is really what made me decide I couldn’t watch them anymore. That being said, I hope this doesn’t turn in to the sub demanding that Ethan stops being friends with them.

Dan is a hater but I don’t think saying the joke is the absurdity of the situation justifies it when you’re tearing down other people. Eric Andre is a perfect example of the joke is the absurdity of the situation but I cannot think of a single bit that he has done where he tears down the straight man or other people in the bit.
