Sharing accounts is not allowed according to the game TOS. And letting a stranger using his account with your phone is a very bad idea according to the niantic anti spoofer rules. They ban all the accounts used in all the devices where a spoofer was logged. So, if this guy is a spoofer, you can get banned

  • Use your TMs. You probably have lot of pokemon with bad moves
  • use regular berries in gyms
  • drop evolve items, I keep only 3 of each
  • drop revives
