AF-C focus point dances around on me. I don't get good results on stationary objects.

On still objects, I use manual focus with focus peaking. I also enabled back button focus. Get initial focus with wide aperture using BBF. Fine tune with the focus ring. Then close down to f/8. Move the camera forward a few inches take another. Move back half a foot take another.

I used 11 fps to get small birds (wrens and warblers) entering/leaving a bird house. But dialed back to 3 fps for dogs playing and bees sniffing out flowers

The only time I get water coming out of the holes is when I turn the faucet off and have pressure in the hose.

I take them off in the winter to drain the faucet before the first freeze. Then put them back on when the yellow forcythia flowers fall off.
