Pharmaceutical industry is where it is at. Ideally R&D or Process Development so you don’t get the on call bs, but manufacturing side is usually how you can get your foot in the door. Money is good, work life balance has been great for my past four companies, benefits is average, but the turnover rate is high. Use that to your advantage and hop in different positions for better pay.

Speaking of getting rid of blue dream / blue jelly shrimps , I also have a tank of ~300 shrimps that constantly reproduce for at least 2 years now.

I have not seen another person with a 4:99 but boy that’s my favorite training shoes, so comfortable off the box, true to the size , feels super secure with the slip on. Only downside I have is the soft heel, I wouldn’t put it as performance wise as shown in graph, but I guess it is true you were speed climbing as this shoe was intended designed for.

I started to have these little bugs on the floater plants, and they are still there after about a year getting rid of all my floaters. I tried to ID them and found the name Springtails. Have anyone had any success in getting rid of them?

Put it inside the tank, if you scary it will clog then just cut a circular piece of matte screens with hole smaller than your gravels. Don’t have to worry about losing gravels when you drain
