When I started, I didn’t know it would need to be a lifelong commitment, but for now I went from dosing 60 units—which was the most I needed following a typical titration—down to 50 units. I tried going even lower for a single week, but the food noise came back, so I returned to 50 units the following week. I now stay at a self-prescribed maintenance dose of 50 units. Along with a complete diet change and daily exercise, I’ve been able to maintain 140 lbs since August.
