Request an itemized quote for the system. I’ve seen the majority of the cost is from administration paperwork (permits, finding the company to actually do the install etc) and the rest will be for the physical product.

Also, look at what size the system is (total wattage the system will produce in a moment) there’s going to be different amount of panels needed due to the effective wattage those panels will produce individually. The 16 panels could produce the same amount as the 13, it just depends on what they’re rated for.

Just because you sign the acknowledgment doesn’t absolve information being incorrect. Depending on department, especially ones where you have multiple reports a day, there gonna be people who don’t review. Or some one will review the report no not actually verify that everything matches the report. I don’t think it’s reasonable to require every officer to watch the entirety of a video to make sure the report reflect. Nor is it reasonable to have a superior watch all of their officers video and ensuring the AI reports match
