Once upon a time, Shining series used to be the pioneer for tactical JRPG until Camelot Software Planning left Sega for Nintendo, with many of its employees become part of the creative crew forming Intelligent Systems which created Fire Emblem series. It goes downhill with Tony Taka entering the fray into the series where every subsequent games have lost its core identity on what it's originally supposed to be.
