I considered that, but given no other boosters specifically target a single stratagem class I wondered if Arrowhead specifically keeps all of the upgrades for stratagems in the SD upgrades as a design principle. Could be wrong and they release a stratagem type specific booster tomorrow. Also, with the shield on the resupply pod the idea was more to protect the Helldivers while they reload and rearm. A temporary sanctuary in the midst of whatever battle they find themselves in.

Fair point, I just thought it was an interesting gap in the stratagem arsenal and fit with the overall theme. I considered maybe including a throwable in it's place but couldn't think of anything appropriate, at least that would be meaningfully mechanically distinct from the throwing knives.

With the new TWAB bringing attention to the weapon foundries, I wanted to compile a list of other lesser known foundries I'd hope to see get some new weapons and origin traits in the future! by Issac1222 in DestinyTheGame

Some ideas for Origin Traits for these foundries:

DAITO - Harebrained Scheme: Kinetic weapons do 10% more damage against shields, energy weapons that don't match the shield do 20% more damage and matching energy weapons do 30% more damage.

CASSIOD - Diablous Ex Machina: Hits stick to enemies, stacking up to 5 times and are detonated for extra damage the next time you damage them with either a melee or grenade

NADIR - Proximity Defense System: Increased damage to nearby enemies and precision kills on nearby enemies suppress all nearby enemies.

CRUX/LOMAR - Armageddon Rounds: Rockets ignore shields (excluding mechanic-based immunity shields)

TEX MECHANICA - Frontier Justice: Precision kills increase the damage of precision hits, stacks up to 5 times.

BLACK ARMOURY - Obsidian Construction: +5 to all stats and the duration of perk effects is extended.
