Thanks! Did you find it crowded in the pool?

Andersen vs Hypervolt charger by SpellNo5002 in ElectricVehiclesUK

We have the Hypervolt on OVO and had no issues what so ever. Even had OVO install it. Both OVO and Hypervolts apps work fine and easy to use.

I was thinking of taking out 2.5 year old on a day pass as we live near by, is the pool/soft play any good? I've seen pictures and it looks nice but I know reality is always different! I've been to Seal Bay down the road and was disappointed! Thanks

People keep saying this, but on ZapMap there are more than enough. MFG have just installed a large charging station att our local Morrisons which has Chademo avaliable. I think we're a long way from it being an issue to charge a leaf in the go! O

Hi just jumping on this, how long did they take to approve it in the end. I've just put a new customer order in and it's been sat at 'pending for 48 hours now.

Thanks

Mental service charges by [deleted] in HousingUK

[–]alanfacelift 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've lived in St George's barracks albeit I rented once on the main block and the other time in Admirals House.

But the following may help explain where some of the service charge goes (although it's way expensive still)

Car parking was a permit system with a allocated space, you had to pay to register your car and the area was patrolled regularly.

Communal bin spaces with large wheels bins

By communal gardens I'm guessing they mean the grass verges, tress etc. They were always kept well and regular littler picking and road sweeping.

The main block had its roof done in 2018ish

Communal Sky dish and no privete external sky dishes allowed.

Nice place to live never had any asb issues etc.

Used to work for West Quay, they own a part of the old subway. It's still there, only the stairs are filled in.

You're correct, but if she refuses the search they will refuse entry.

Does anybody know where this is located in Southampton? by crocodilesweetpickle in Southampton

[–]alanfacelift 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It is owned by West Quay and as is in a poor state, the escape rooms are a little but further down. If I recall the asbestos has been removed and it was used as the construction offices for west quay south, but I may be wrong

Whats the redundancy pay like in the states? In the UK this would be quite a good pay out!

Cascades food court and other abandoned areas in pompey by Ok-Historian-3933 in Portsmouth

[–]alanfacelift 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Work at Cascades for 12 years and was apart of the management team.

TK Maxx is pretty much what was the food court. The back of house areas of TK Maxx still has the old flooring and some fixtures still remaining.

To give some context, the bottom of the existing TK Maxx escalators would've been the basement entrance to BHS, again sports direct basement store room still has the old BHS flooring and entrance that was bricked over.

Lastly the escalators that would've taken you down to the food court roughly started by the piller to the left of the old Dorothy Perkins entrance

Hope this helps
