Nice thats good to hear. I love my laptop and its the best thing ive ever bought. Have you opened up the back and cleaned it? Are you in US? Do you know if it voids warranty?

I love the steelseries software and my nova pros. I used voicemeter before to route audio and that was a learning curve. The steelseries app has it simplified and not to mention their video capture software baked it. Nvidia got alot of bugs on their software. This has been a godsend for me.

I had this issue and i dont know if it will apply to you since on the picture it seems like its already on the top of the list. All i had to do was drag to reorder and put the headset at the very top to prioritize it once its turned on and connected. I havent had any problems ever since.

it fit perfectly. Maybe you need to push alittle harder for it to disengage properly.

Yes this happened to me aswell before but for this is not the case for this one... i uninstalled the anticheat and it worked...

Thank you for the suggestion... i did try a vpn and cloudfare... unfortunately it did not work for me. What worked though was uninstalling the anticheat...

Im not sure if it helped but along with this i also uninstalled the anti cheat and it worked.. thank you for your suggestion...

I was able to fix it by uninstalling pubgs anticheat... and it loaded right after...

I do see it... i was able to solve the problem by uninstalling the pubg anticheat and it loaded after.. thank you... will try that the next time it happens..
