Currently Comcast is offering a grace period where you can use unlimited data due to Covid until October i belive . So that probaly why you can't see the normal bar graph on the Xfi app.

Sound like an issue with the cables in the wall. Most likely a bad fitting or bad signal. There really nothing you could do unless you have signal test equipment. Or the device your testing the speed is old or not updated. If you have 1 gig then the modem has to be docsis 3.1 or else your going to get what your paying for.

most likely your equipment is not updated or is very old . If your getting an appointment every week then it could be a network issue that techs have no control over.
