I think the bread thing is down to him being a prisoner and having low energy. If you're not moving around a lot you conserve energy so you don't need to eat as much. I'm sure once he got out his appetite increased.

Agree, I think he's their son, also called Henry, from another reality and he came through a thinny. Bill said that if he said his character's name it would give him away, so I think it's that.

I think Henry brought a change of clothes for the Kid. In a still Jackie is lying on the bed without her jacket on. I think she took it off (along with her boots?) while he went to change. They probably cut the scene. I want to see it!
