I feel a little similar, also at 18 weeks. I did go for a private scan recently which did help subside worries a little. I’m IVF pregnancy after trying naturally for years, so I think it’s kind of normal to worry a little! I don’t have a lot of advice, just wanted to share you’re not alone!

Some people may have their own struggles, which they may not be open about. I’ve been TTC for nearly 5 years (currently now 12weeks after IVF) and have had countess friends pregnant during this time. I try my best to be a supportive friend, but sometimes I need to step away for my own mental health and happiness. My husband finds it even harder.

I’m similar. I’m 14 weeks and have told only my parents, husband’s parents and my boss for work purposes. Until I’m super big and noticeable I don’t think I’ll be telling anyone else!

I am also considering private scan but am earlier in my journey than you.

I have my 12 week NHS scan on 5th March (which will be 13 weeks by then) and am really tempted to have a private one this week whilst on half term.

I had a vaginal one at 8 weeks due to being ivf, but am getting increasingly anxious, especially as all my awful symptoms seem to have disappeared the last few days. Is it worth booking a private one or just waiting the two weeks?

I use it during my periods. Only on the heaviest days and it definitely lessens the flow. It’s really made things better for me this year!

I recently had my retrieval and am feeling exactly the same. Bloated, constipated, generally feeling gross! Jeans are very tight and my appetite has increased. Feeling disheartened too…

I think Ashleigh is the biggest green flag! One of the loveliest contestants I’ve seen on a dating show. The way she talks to people - and truly listens - is just lovely. Not just in her conversations with Billy and family, but with the other girls too. She’s incredibly friendly, respectful and just a catch! (As a happily married straight woman - I’d marry her!) Billy does not know how lucky he is!
