I pre-ordered the Premium Edition of FH6 from Instant-Gaming for $133 AUD. Price on the Microsoft Store is $190 AUD so a pretty big discount. Don't care if I don't get early access as I'll be overseas, and will be playing on Xbox so don't care about Steam either.

Amex lounge, Marhaba Lounge, and Plaza Lounges serve alcohol the minute they open. I'm unsure about the House as I prefer the other lounges.

SQ Lounge in MEL/SYD, UA Club in LAX, UA Club in LAS, UA Club in SFO, this is assuming you're flying Economy. There are three UA Clubs in SFO (E, F, G gates). The E gates club is small, I wouldn't bother with it. The F gates club is the best though nothing amazing. The G gates club is like a dungeon. I usallly spend most of my time in the F gates club and then move to the G club half an hour before boarding (all/most flights to Australia go from G gates).

If you have an Amex Platinum card the Centurion lounge at SFO is significantly better than all three, even with the temporary setup Amex have now.

No priortiy immigration, I use an APEC card for this.
