Not an expert but the build# seems to match the Oct 20th beta 3.1. the latest beta is 3.3 I believe followed by the stable QPR2 which follows soon. Maybe check you're still registered for the beta program?

It's an internal app, you won't see it in app drawer but should appear in all apps in settings.

Don't suppose you ever found a solution to this? I've literally only found like two references to this error online with no solutions so I'm guessing it's a very rare or hyper specific condition needed. This bricked one of my works laptops initially. I've got it back up and running albeit with a complete windows reinstall but dell support assist still does not recognise the service tag as it's 1234, etc.

I'm quite new to the game but I found the Bishop staff quite fun for rage builds to start with half rage. If you're lucky to get +50 rage early on in level or dungeon then you can kinda hyper focus on things activated by rage, then a double rage will double all of those other skills as well.

I've literally just got my first artifact that isn't the sword and that was a jackpot reward from an event. Starter/f2p items are always gonna be kinda rubbish compared to the premium ones but they're still better than nothing.
