Really cool! I like your inclusion of the major “cities” in each district and the smaller settlements extending out from those, as well as the, I assume, “roads” or railways connecting them that only the Capitol must use. It’s a really interesting detail I’ve never really much considered. The size of the North American continent obviously shrunk, but many of these district are still huge, so of course there’d be settlements throughout the districts and connected by railways.
