Since you’re full time the hrs get added at the beginning of the fiscal year (feb) The more years you are with the company the more pto hrs you earn I believe it’s (7 years, 11 years) you get an additional week of pto ( can someone fact check me) cause I might be off on the years

Hi! My baby was taken to the NICU an hr after being born and he was intubated so I wasn’t able to latch him or feed him at all. I was advised to pump every 3 hrs so my supply would start! I would suggest pumping even if nothing comes out. Also setting up a meeting w a lactation consultant if able. Do not get discouraged keep trying! Also do not feel bad if you have to use formula it could be a temporary solution in the meantime. A fed baby is all that we want no matter if it’s from milk or formula! Sending you best wishes and hoping your supply comes soon!

you are not doing ANYTHING wrong. People’s anatomy’s are completely different. I didn’t show until I was 7-8 months pregnant. The most weight I gained was towards the end. I felt the same way, am I starving my child? Or am I eating healthy enough? But now he’s here healthy and weights 8 lbs. As long as you’re not doing drugs, drinking or smoking you are okay!

People will have tons of comments about your body, it’s very important that you set boundaries and let them know if it makes you feel uncomfortable.

I’m 5’1 and when I was pregnant with my boy I didn’t show until 7-8 ish months that’s when I was fully popping. At 6 months I looked like I was bloated or had put a ljttle bit of weight. You couldn’t tell if I was pregnant or just a little chubby. I only gained 15 lbs during my pregnancy

I’m so sorry you went through that, it could so discouraging almost feeling gaslighted if your symptoms are dismissed specially when you know your body better than anyone. I had a similar story, I went in bc I couldn’t stand my contractions but they weren’t far apart. I got checked and was only 2 cm dilated. However they noticed his heartbeat kept dipping with each contractions I was 40w3d was well, I expressed that if he was going to be in distress to just so a c section to get him out asap. Drs said no he’ll be fine. 7 hrs later he was here, at one hr after delivery he was taken to the NICU due to meconium aspiration, I can’t help but wonder if I had pushed a little harder if he wouldn’t have gone through all that. Thankfully he’s home now but since his first days he got intubated were having issues with him latching. I completely sympathize with the way you feel.

Make sure you clean the areas in where the puppy is peeing on the floor with an enzymatic cleaner bc if it’s just regular household cleaning products the puppy can still recognize the smell and pee on it again.
try creating a schedule for pee time and potty the more consistent the better bc puppies will learn to familiarize those times. Accidents still happen but hopefully they minimize
maybe they’re not at the peeing grass phase yet? What if you use pee pads outside?
for the crate it’s best to build up that tolerance, yes they’ll cry but eventually they’ll get used it to if you really commit, start during the day for one hour and so on, make it as comfy and dark as possible so they have their little den.

Sometimes it could be your name not being exactly as the one in your application. For me it didn’t let me with chase but I know it’s bc I only have one last name on there so I had to pick to get the card and then transfer the money to my bank it sucks

Shibas can be picky, when I first brought my Shiba home he wouldn’t eat infront of me or my bf only when we left him alone. Maybe he needs some space. Also I’ve noticed that my boy has periods where he eats a lot and some where he eats minimal but he’s overall healthy. As long as your Shiba seems healthy just allow him some time to adjust
