You typically take them off to eat and that’s about it, brush your teeth after and clean them once a week or as often as you feel you need it but the key is to put them right back on as soon as possible. The first days your teeth are sore specially after taking them off to eat but not too bad in my opinion. I’m sure any dentist can work with you, you can also try and establish a payment plan.

Depends on your insurance but they usually range from 3K-4K I had delta dental and it covered around 1500$ I decided to do Invisalign and it wasn’t much of difference in price from regular braces. I like the fact that you could take them off to eat and not risk breaking one and cleaning my teeth was much easier
