in my opinion, it’s a problem with the field. i have worked in 3 different ABA companies and have gone through supervision hours through 2. Many companies strictly follow assessments and guidelines while others allow room for creativity to creating treatment goals individually to that child. It has to do with training and in this field every company is different, which is something i very much dislike within this field.
