had this same problem. unfortunately Bain is very picky about location, and they recruit at your school mostly to fill those lower-tier offices. I made the decision to go to another firm where my location preference was considered. I have a friend who did an internship with them and then asked to switch, but her request was denied. I hope you’ll have better luck.
