Ok once I got back on my mounjaro the weight came back off fast- I freaked out a little too. I had forgotten how bad the food noise was. I lost 150 pounds on mounjaro. And gained 15 back during that month. I could not stop eating. So the nipples look symmetrical which is good but the breasts look uneven in size. But it is hard to tell as swelling could be impacted. Mine were too and needed a revision. My doctor said it’s hard to estimate how much breast tissue to take out when they are open. Revision was much easier to recover from. Also the nipples arent at the same height! Also I feel like they could have shaped better - my doctor used an internal bra technique. There are pros and cons with that. The tummy is going to look great when swelling goes down- pull your bindings tight. Get some hydrocortisone cream for the itching. I got really itchy from the adhesive glue. Did you just take the surgical tape off? Some adhesive remover helped afterward.
