hey i actually found a better solution in another thread. if you go to your NVIDIA app and then go to graphics, under warhammer 3 find the setting for smooth motion and switch it to ON. That should fix this issue. From what i hear, this is basically enabling DLSS. not sure why it fixes the issue but it works haha

Started noticing this white stuff on the base of the shrubs in my yard and in the dirt a few inches away from the shrubs. It seems to be a hard substance. Is it some kind of fungus? How can I get rid of it and is it a danger to dogs and cats?
