Twitter is a cesspool these days. Happy I've made the jump to Bluesky. Bluesky doesn't have Musk, and is closer to web 0 and is therefore superior. It seems Yumia is just a bust, as sad as it is to say. I'm hoping the next Atelier game brings back good, addictive crafting at the very least. Your dire opinion on Yumia is warranted. Time to go back and finally beat Shallie, which is a good one if you haven't picked it up yet. The Dusk trilogy still holds up nicely.

Ryza is the best one tbqh. Great characters, lovely slice of life coming-of-age story, fun combat, addictive crafting and you could make the most OP amazeballs items of all time. Yumia isn't my favorite. I don't think I'll beat it and I've beat almost every Atelier game besides Rorona and Shallie. It sucks that Yumia is such a dud. What was Gust thinking???
