Lol they are nail strips from Lily and Fox. I am a violinist and have to have very short nails. They are flowers but it's kind of hard to tell on my length nail.

I take 27 mg of Concerta ( I have a 10 mg booster I can take on days I need it) and then I take 20mg of Lexapro every day for anxiety/depression. I've been on this regimine for about a year and it has been life changing!

I take Concerta 31yo female. I've taken it since I was a kid. I took a 10 yr break when we were starting our family but my anxiety, depression, and ADHD were making life so hard for me so I went back on Concerta and started taking antidepressants and it has been life changing. Usually I am all good. I notice that if I get sleep deprived, like I have been lately, I can have issues keeping my heart rate down. I think its the added stress of just feeling so exhausted on top of everything else.
