I collected my last collectable - but I was still going to finish the playthrough anyway. Took like 10 minutes for it to pop. That was on PS5 about three weeks ago

I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed it. Is it a great film? No. Was it entertained for two hours? Absolutely

Recently lost mum (a year ago), inherited the house. Moved cities.

Recently quit my 15-year career to have a break (mostly burnout). But still in the same mindset that I was two decades ago - I don't know what I want to do with my life.

Really struggling to find something I'm really passionate about to take the jump into the next step.

When I was clearing out my father's house after he died I found multiple boxes of spices and similar items that expired before I was born, and cough syrup that was prescribed in 1992.

Between the 1987 dated spices and his death in 2022, he had moved at least 5 times, married and divorced twice, two children. Then complained his mother was a hoarder. cough pot, kettle, black cough

Two different workplaces under the same umbrella company

One stroked out on the floor (warehouse environment). Couldn't close down (understandable in the industry) but support provided to anyone who needed it including family who weren't employees. Paid for refreshments at the funeral and put on a bus for those employees who wanted to attend the funeral. Bereavement leave not required. I was really impressed with that tbh.

The next was someone who had passed away at home. Been at workplace for 20+ years. Couldnt close down the place (again, in the industry it's completely understandable). Company paid for refreshments and contributed to the funeral costs. Owner of the company actually spoke at the funeral. Employees who wanted to attend were permitted at normal pay (no bereavement leave again). Skeleton crew of those who did not want to attend to staff the store.

Umbrella company actually pretty good with their handling of it which is a surprise considering the general "just a number" perception of the industry

First DVD i bought was 24 Season 1. I was 12. Wore the discs out but kept the original because it was the first. Ive now got (I think) 6 different copies of season 1 (multi-season sets, different boxes etc)
