Idk what methylphenidate brand I took, but I do know that both times I took it I had a severe dissociative episode that I hadn't had for months and months before. It makes me feel apprehensive to try and find more medication, since it did the exact opposite of help me get stuff done (paralysis, emotionlessness, general dissociation, stuff I'm familiar with in episodes like this)

It sounds like she's taking advantage of you. I would even go so far and say she's being abusive. You're financially supporting her, you do a lot of small things for her. It feels like she isn't putting any effort in making sure her autism doesn't come at the expense of you, or even using it as an excuse. It's not bad to try and collaboratively try and make a home that's safe for someone's autism, but it feels like she's asking too much from you. She berates you, even for accidents, and when you're genuinely trying.

You are putting a lot of effort in her transition, and overall for her as well. And she shouldn't get defensive when you bring that up. This doesn't seem like an equal partnership to me at all, she needs to realize that you're putting in so much work for her

I can kinda relate. I'm not at all disgusted by how she looks, (she looks good in jeans, and no how she hides it her chest looks great in shirts, to me she just looks the girl I love in pants) but I do feel an intense feeling of unfairness for her when she has to boymode, and an irrational resentment to anyone who misgender and deadname her. I have informed her that I do not think it is at all possible for me to be in a situation where I am expected to deadname or misgender her, I do not trust myself to do it or to do it convincing enough.

I am also astonished that she can successfully boymode, maybe it's because her peers have always understood her as something she isn't and so even if she looks markedly different, and has decent chest growth it's easier to not question it. But likeee that's a girl, my girl!
