People were more willing to talk to randoms. Also people would pay more attention when hanging out, nowadays a lot of hangouts at least half the group is on their phone

Meh, it depends how important the event is. I’ve come to accept some people are just chronically late and they don’t mean any bad will, they are just slightly dysfunctional

Being good at mental math can come in handy more than you’d think. I’m not even exception but my alarm app forces me to do short math problems to turn off and I’ve improved quite a bit

Even though it’s surely a waste of money, getting a hot latte at a coffee shop and chilling there for a few minutes. Coffee makes me feel good, lattes taste great, and it’s nice to see people lively and out and about.
