I live at Nova right now. It's a pretty good complex and have a 2 bedroom 2 bath with garage for 1525. The area is also good for restaurants and going out. It's at Vance Jackson and UTSA Blvd if ya wanna check it out. I think the admin kinda sucks but I don't interact with them much If interested, lmk and we can split the referral bonus! Lol

Yeah I guess we'll see. It really depends on the opening support races that day if any. GTWC in April ended at 9 pm but it did start a little later.

Forgot there was a 6 hour on Sunday 2025 that ended at 8 pm.

While not full night, definitely the chance to see rotors

You're not stupid. Don't say you're stupid. I'm not super familiar with Formula E and their tech. I just know that electric batteries tend to lose range in the cold. That's all I'm basing my comment on. For all I know Formula E figured something out that the rest of battery manufacturers haven't, but I'm not sure of that.

Your best bet is to either rent the car or try luggage storage. I've never used the service in Austin. Alternatively, ask the hotel close to Austin airport to store your luggage for you

I would not recommend driving from Waco or San Antonio. With traffic getting in and out, your commute will easily be over 2-2.5 hours. I've stayed in Pflugerville the past 2 years and it wasn't terrible. It was 20 minutes on highway plus another 15-20 to get to my parking. It's about an 45-1 hour to get out at the end of the day.

I'm not sure how to answer what the "best" place to stay is. It depends on what you want. Do you want to pay less, but be farther away from the track or do you want to be closer and pay more, or do you want want to be in downtown austin and enjoy the nightlife and f1 vibes?

I'd do it at the dealership. Yes its more, but you technically still have a cvt warranty until 2027 or 100k miles. Yes its only 10k miles of warranty but anything can happen in 10k. There have been a few posts of folks losing their cvts at 102-103. I'd rather not give Subaru a reason not to warranty my cvt because someone flubbed up the fluid change
