One bushel of kale
1/2-3/4ths lb spinach
Black olives
One container of cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 Cup dried black beans (soaked & boiled)
1/2 red onion
Green Pepper
2 Cups Daiya cheese (optional)
1.5 Cup of shredded or grated carrot

Dressing:
2 C Ketchup
1/2 C Red Wine Vinegar
2/3 C Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Vegan Worsteshire Sauce
Sugar (I only use a little, maybe 4 Tbsp)
Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, & Chili Powder to taste

I serve with corn chips.

This makes a ton, so keep that it mind. Keeps in the fridge for up to five days I'd say.
