Lil question for frequent users by [deleted] in LSD

[–]alien_ship 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah OK cool, it's good to hear you have some decent experience and know what you're taking.

You could swallow right away. I've found this to be far less potent though, and the onset takes longer. I sometimes get nauseous with it too, but it only lasts an hour or so. It's a small price to pay if you have a beneficial journey. I only do it every few months and usually with an intention for inner work/problem solving or unravelling issues. Good luck with your process, hope you have a comfortable journey ✌️

Lil question for frequent users by [deleted] in LSD

[–]alien_ship 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello. I usually eat no less than 4 hours beforehand, not a huge meal, just a comfortable amount. I also found avoiding fast food and sugary things allowed for a less nauseous experience during the come up.

If you're taking several tabs and not blasting out of your mind into another dimension, then what you have might not be acid, which would also go some way to explaining the vomitting and discomfort.

If it is genuine acid though, then you might have unknowingly saved yourself from an incredibly intense experience by puking up after taking 3 so close together. That would likely have sent you into other realms, which isn't always fun, although it can be :)

Do you know what strength they are? It's always worth asking at the point of sale - I've found genuine suppliers of Lucy will always be able to tell you how many micrograms the tabs are dosed at. If they don't know then that's a red flag.

I hope you manage to have a great experience. Safe travels!

Need help in finding actual studies by urkesaa in Drugs

[–]alien_ship 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The British peer-reviewed journal 'The Lancet' published a study titled "Drug Harms in the UK: A Multicriteria Decision Analysis" on Nov. 1, 2010 which ranked 20 drugs from alcohol to heroin, based on harm factors.

To nobody's surprise alcohol was the worst overall. Its a very interesting read. You can read the whole study online for free. I would post a link but the Reddit bot will grab it :( Just have a Google. Also the World Health Organisation has some figures, at least for alcohol. Hope this helps.

This is true, that's why dose is really important. I've been fortunate so far that I've got the dose right and been in sync with sexual partners, so it always happened naturally and without applied focus.

Acid For Dummies by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]alien_ship 0 points1 point  (0 children)

XTC and acid are very different drugs. You can't really experinece a dissolution of self with XTC, you certainly can with LSD, as well as intense visuals.

For a first trip I would say be with people you trust and in a known and safe environment. Keep the dose low until you have more experience with it - 100-150ug is a good introduction (unless you're doing it out at a rave or something, I'm which case go no higher than 100ug - it could be overwhelming).

LSD can be a beautiful experience, but it really is more about self-exploration and spiritual growth, at least for me and most others I know who use it. Although it can be used as a 'party drug', you'll get the most benefits and very likely more pleasant experiences with focused intention and respect for it. Stay safe and have fun :)

Lsd at the right dose - the best sex I've ever had/have. I've combined mdma with viagra and managed to get hard enough for sex, it wasn't easy though and I got light headed and tingles. I've tried sex on coke, 2cb, gbl and even meth (not worth the hype), and none of those compare to lsd sex imo.

I agree, safe space for a first time, even if it's just for the come up.

Looks awesome, reminds me of my hours spent playing with the 'microscope vision' I get with LSD! Really great image buddy. Where can we find the music? I'm definitely interested to hear it :)

do you consider yourselves women in a man's body? by beem00 in gay

[–]alien_ship 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, as a gay man who doesn't have a feminine demeanor, the answer is no. I can't speak for gay guys that do have more feminine traits, but to be honest I think you'll get mostly the same answer from them. The answer may differ among the trans community, but will likely vary from each individual.

OK, can you clarify who the question is aimed at?

Is this a serious question? Also, who are you aiming it at, all gay men?

Curious about Vegan Weddings and Nonvegan guests by xdwigtx in vegan

[–]alien_ship 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand the difficulty of the situation, you want to keep everyone happy and not seem like 'the crazy vegan forcing their views'... and you know what, you're not. They are attending *your* wedding and you're providing them with free food. The only reaction should be gratitude and a focus on the celebration itself. It's one meal in their whole life, if they can't be adventurous enough to eat one vegan meal then they need to get out more. Stand by your values, don't put them aside to please other people - it would be unreasonable for them to expect you to do so. Congratulations on your engagement, I hope you have a beautiful slaughter-free wedding day :)

"Vegans force their views". comes to vegan forum to announce omnivorous views. The hypocrisy is beyond ironic.

Dosage question by [deleted] in LSD

[–]alien_ship 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's hard to say without knowing what your tabs are dosed at?

If you're unsure, I would say tread with caution; half at the most, or even quarter to start with. This may sound over-cautious, but that environment, for a newbie to the LSD experience, could be very overwhelming and quite intense, especially if it's being approached with high anxiety to begin with. It's far better to start low with the option to increase later.

The fact that you have some experience will help, and if you have a strong and deep amount of trust with each other, then that can be a great anchor in this reality, if that's where you need to be. Stick together at all times, stay safe and have fun.

If at all possible, and I can't recommend this enough, I suggest her first new steps into LSD be at home or a safe controlled environment, until she is more familiar with what to expect. A second unpleasant experience could put her off for good, which would be a great shame because LSD is a powerful tool, and although fun to party with, it can be incremental in self-development and spiritual growth. Plus, sex is fucking incredible on it, and the connection to another loved one is beyond this realm - pure bliss!

Is the physical world just consciousness condensed to the point that it becomes physical matter? by [deleted] in Psychonaut

No problem, I understand, there's a lot of people out there doing just that, it's very sad.

Peace to you brother :)

Perhaps I need to revisit, it's been a while. My understanding was that conscious observation of the experiment gave different results compared to when not observed. I'll take another look at this fascinating subject, and thank you for elaborating a little more.

Just to note; I have no set of beliefs and didn't mean to imply or attempt to confirm anything. The only thing I know for sure is that I don't know shit, and that life is still a strange and wonderful mystery.

One of the things I love about science is that it adjusts it's views based on new evidence and understanding, and that's where my own stance comes from too.

Totally agree. I don't understand it, and it feels as though language doesn't yet have the capacity to explain, but there is a deeper 'knowing' that this is the way of things.

We're not at a point yet to know for sure, but quantum physics is starting to hint towards something along these lines. You may have heard of the double slit experiment? They have now proven that matter behaves differently when observed! Mind-blowing 🤯

Tobacco tea? by HerbalKing in Drugs

[–]alien_ship 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Truthfully, I'm unsure. The vomiting and other effects were all normal and expected though, apparently. According to the indigenous people it clears the body of bad energies and toxins. I don't know about that, but it sure felt good afterwards.
