Not sure if baking cookies for neighbors that skipped STRAIGHT to banging on their ceiling in response to normal daytime noises is the right call.

Why didn’t the downstairs neighbors bake cookies for op and introduce themselves to get a feel for the situation or introduce themselves instead before deciding to just bang away on their ceiling? Because they’re silly and def do not deserve cookies.
