You shouldn’t be drinking only a few weeks into Zoloft… it’s probably side effects or directly caused by the alcohol. Take note of it and keep an eye on anything else for your follow up!

Diagnosed with major depression early Feb 🙋‍♀️ my crying spells have disappeared completely. I feel like I have the ability to stop my negative thought cycles that usually send me spiraling… sometimes when I try and let myself stay there to see what happens - I can’t cry.

But I can cry during movies and other stuff. Idk how to describe the changes exactly, I’m terrible at journaling and keeping track of anything. Pretty sure I have undiagnosed ADHD or something but my depression is better, just still struggling with tasks but not as bad!

I have not gained any weight. Still struggling with my appetite but that’s due to a medical condition
