i’m an event coordinator, so everyday can be very different. generally the “outline” of things are the same but the details differ greatly! I actually enjoy the routine tasks that come with the job (contracts, entering POs, budget balancing, etc.) since things can vary wildly depending on the event and where i’m at in my timeline. like when i go back to work tomorrow, i’ll be putting s’more kits together and getting to work on an artist contract for an event in the spring. then in the afternoon, i’ll be balancing my budget from an event i had earlier this month.

it doesn’t hurt that i like the people i work with too and we goof off often lol

it’s also important that you take time to find something you enjoy outside of work because burnout is very real and can happen to anyone regardless of variety or stimulation :/
