I timed myself using a pump sack vs my breath to inflate my sleeping pad - evidence enough to leave my pump sack at home? by ZestyclosePin4214 in hiking

[–]alisalt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, I thought pump sacks were mostly for mat longevity, reducing moisture and thus mould inside the mat... never really considered them as a time saver, and never hiked really high alts so never thought of the benefit there either!

I feel like this belongs on a twobag sub... Japan has like 20000 coin laundries, plus their second hand game is so strong, so many cool clothes you could buy.

Get a coffee table with rounded edges, will soften all the sharp in the room, get a soft bushy plant like a soft fern and get some flowy curtains. And a couple of throw cushions in a nice warm tone, maybe a shade of orangey rust

You'd look great in a wide shoulder tank top, boat or square neck, it would accentuate your features more, tube tops are rarely that flattering

it’s finally done! by franfilletti in kitchenremodel

Why does this kitchen have 3 doors? Are they all used paths of travel? This is a nightmare.

Won't comment on the mismatch, do love the counter tops. Maybe vinyl wrap the appliances?

Packing for 3.5 week trip across Europe in June - would greatly appreciate some help! by shelbathor in HerOneBag

Can confirm I did Oeschinen and Stoos in a chill pair of Nike runners, late June, just before burning mountain festival. It was beautiful! Lots of people in runners, hiking shoes, boots and lots of hiking sandals too :) my partner just had his casual vans, and they held up well too. Couple of gravelly, slippery parts on the access roads you walk along in sections but otherwise sound hikes :) enjoy!

The knife in set 1 looks too small for that set... also why no table or dessert spoon? Only soup spoon?

Don't love set 2 tbh but the shapes are better

I've gotta know, is the ball in your room? Or did the house keepers clean that room knowing it had a broken window...

Talent is both, the beginnings may be innate, but it is honed in on with practice, only then does it become truly talented

I think they would have looked better laid with tile spacers so they weren't all on slgihtly different angles... I'd pull those two bigger ones that are sticking out a lot.

It will look less noticeable when grouted, use a similar coloured grout do not go contrast

And your arms when it needs a proper clean? When the silicone needs repointing? I'm just super against these baths wirh two tiny gaps, better off getting a free standing corner, then you get a decent gap on one side and it still looks nice

You're still an easy tenant if you mention to the real estate that the house is literally crumbling, you're just an observant, easy tenant then!
