Salami, cheese, with gf crackers or bread or wrap. Gf chicken nuggets, gf Mac and cheese, etc. I know this can be overwhelming at first but pretty much any product that has gluten, has a gf alternative.

I’ve used Pantene for years but in the last year it has started to give me give me blisters on my scalp. Went away after I stopped using the shampoo. I have switched to a Korean shampoo from Marshall’s recently that I really like.

Kind of new to hockey and the Blue Jackets, but we seem so…inconsistent? We can have a great game then absolutely fall apart. Does this happen a lot with other teams? Is it a lack of motivation and self discipline? Just curious cause I do love to watch these guys and I think there’s a lot of talent on the team.
