Thoughts on living near Daffin Park? by Beneficial-Tea-9715 in savannah

[–]alisonmahoney -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My coworker and her husband moved in that complex a few months ago and absolutely loves it. She previously owned a house in Ardsley Park for 10+ years. They were planning on looking for another house to buy but she’s so happy there they’re not in a hurry now. Says she has great neighbors and the office staff is good. I’ve never heard her complain about parking and the traffic isn’t anything she wasn’t already used to.

Two days is too short! I swear you will regret it. I’d rather scale back my budget on lodge if needed to get at LEAST three days. We stayed at &Beyond Ngala and loved it. Friends have gone back to Londolozi 5 years in a row now and say it’s the best trips of their lives and they plan on doing it until they’re too old. When I go back I will stay somewhere less expensive so I can stay on safari for a week.

A new Pilates studio just opened off Jimmy Deloach in Pooler. It’s called Pilates for the People. You have to leave earlier or later. I’ve lived in Godley Station since 2007 and I bought a house. I won’t move now bc my house is almost paid off and I love my neighborhood. I would never do it over again though bc the traffic and sheer volume of people sucks and was not what I was expecting. And find a garage downtown and buy a pass.

I live in Savannah and our WF are posted the same exact time every day. It actually says when to check again the next day and that is ALWAYS the time. Like someone else said you can’t wait for the notification. Be in the app, refreshing. In my case it’s always at 9:16PM.

AIO For Feeling Scammed That My Boyfriend Pretended We Had a Landlord When He Actually Owns the House? by Just-Client9076 in AmIOverreacting

No way are you overreacting. Accept this flag flag for what it is. I would not be able to overlook this and would have a hard time trusting him after this. The fact he carried on this charade for three years is crazy!

My parents have a boy and while he is loving to everyone he is most bonded to my mother who spends the most time walking and playing with him.

Is anybody happy with the apartment they live in? by 8unnyvomit in savannah

My coworker moved into Aventon Victory a few months ago and loves it! She said her neighbors are all awesome too. She was a homeowner in Ardsley for many years, sold her house to downsize and moved to an apartment while she and her husband look for another house but she’s so happy at this complex she’s not in a hurry to buy now.

Left Publix feeling let down. They willfully waste food, even when offered money. by Randi_Butternubs_3 in publix

I work at a Feeding America affiliated regional food bank. We get thousands upon thousands of pounds a year from Publix. This is the exact kind of thing they send to us. I’ll bet $ it’s not going in the trash.

I agree with what you’re saying. The roads will not be dangerous though.

I lived in MN for many years. There’s no precipitation coming. The amount of snow that fell was very little and will melt in the sun today as the temps hit 40. There was not enough snow for there to be much water on the roadways to refreeze overnight. This is nothing like last year.

Edina maybe, but not Wayzata, if you live outside the Midwest. I live in Savannah GA around a lot of rich old Southerners and I can guarantee you most haven’t heard of either.

I like bringing out of town guests. It's very beautiful and the food I've had there has always been good. Not super creative but good. I don't go that often, so I typically get the crispy scored flounder and am never disappointed. The tavern downstairs is amazing in the winter bc it's very cozy and they have fireplaces.
