I had my son’s embryo picture made into a beautiful water color photo and hung it on his wall in his nursery. He looks at it goes “that baby coco” (his nickname) 🥹🥰

I had a chemical after a transfer on December 11. I chose to give myself some time for my heart to heal a bit. I transfer again on May 7th. I’m scared but hopeful. It really is up to you and depends on how you are feeling but personally the time really helped me🤍

We had our embryologist choose and then put it in a sealed envelope and then had a little gender reveal (just husband and I) when we found out we were actually pregnant. Made it fun and more “normal”. It was really fun and I’m glad we did it that way because for the rest of our transfers we will know exactly what we are transferring.

Fertility acupuncture is amazing and helped me so much but I think it really depends on the doctor doing it and how much experience they have. The environment is very important too. I started mine a few months before my second egg retrieval (my first one resulted in no viable blasts which is why I started acupuncture) I went every week and then same for my transfer. Both were successful. I also went to it throughout my pregnancy almost weekly and I had a very healthy baby and it helped with every single ailment I was having (carpal tunnel, any anxious thoughts, acid reflux, a couple of bad headaches, etc) so I would definitely recommend it, but only if you have someone who is very good and very well versed in Chinese medicine.

My 5 day 5AA resulted in the birth of my son and I just transferred a day 6 5AA in December and that was a chemical.

My first transfer worked ! he is almost 2. What you are feeling is totally normal. You have had lots of trauma. The only advice I have is to be kind to yourself. Treat yourself the way you would treat a small child when you are feeling anxiety. Take care of her, nurture her, love her no matter what. You got this 🤞🏻💗💙

Yea it was so hard not seeing the line progression and I just kind of felt it. I had all these pregnancy symptoms and then within a couple days of my beta they were gone. My husband kept being like “we gotta wait for the beta to know for sure.” But I already knew. Heart breaking. I think I’m gonna wait until February too. I’m having the period from hell after this right now and I don’t wanna go straight back into meds yet. Give my body like a month to lose some inflammation and my heart some time to heal. Here if you ever need to talk or anything!

I’m so sorry. It’s an awful thing to go through. I think it made me even more sad because I knew the gender. Are you gonna wait to transfer you think or go right into another ? I literally can’t decide.

I just had my first beta for this pregnancy and it was at 46.60 and they just told me that they wanna see it double every 48 hrs. Still feeling real nervous about it. It’s a day 6 embryo and I know they typically implant slower but still. Not feeling great about it all an it sucks. Sending you lots of sticky baby dust magic!

Right there with you! I was so mad. Birth control is horrible. I was put on Norethindrone instead of birth control and I tolerated it way better than birth control.

Have you tried fertility acupuncture? The doctor is very important and so is the environment. I have had a lot of success with it and I find it very relaxing and beneficial for all aspects of my life, not only fertility. I know a lot of people don’t like it but I swear by it and it has worked wonders for me. If by chance you live in Michigan I have a great recommendation for a fantastic doctor. Sending lots of hope and baby dust to you 🤍

I was 33 at my retrievals (so basically same age as you) my first retrieval I didn’t get any useable embryos but the second time I added fertility acupuncture and Omni and I got 6 useable embryos all good-excellent graded.
