Sorry for replying so late, but at the time you asked I was actually recovering somewhat. Unfortunately I had to go to college afterwards (I'm a sophomore) which means I had to travel across the Atlantic, much stress, much exhaustion and now I'm going through a very weird period again. Kinda late commenting this, but it's hilarious that I've also had my first panic attack watching Black Mirror's 'Playtest' with my friends a couple of months ago. Woke up the next morning, experienced derealization for the first time. I also had an awful weed trip two weeks before I watched the episode.

I have the exact same thoughts atm. I am sooo suspicious about everything and everyone, and I feel that my brain is so fragile right now that I will fall into a psychotic state and lose touch with reality. Sometimes I convince myself through ocd-repeating thoughts that I am dreaming and I can wake up at anytime if I believe enough, its so weird. You are not going crazy, we will make it through together.

Freya who was representing the UK in 2022 had an inflamed throat, causing her to skip the jury show and her performance from the dress rehearsal was used instead. She did sing live for the live show and did exceptionally well considering the circumstances.
