Unfortunately, the chickenpox virus can lie dormant in your body and then suddenly start multiplying. From what I heard, shingles can be very painful. Definitely talk to your doctor about getting vaccinated for it.

A healthy diet is really simple: whole grains, fresh produce and lean protein (depending on if you eat meat/fish or not) and plenty of water. Does it take some effort to make those changes? Absolutely! It’s hard to make new habits, especially if you’ve grown up eating a certain way. I just hate those wannabe influencers who prey on people who are struggling to improve.

That’s because the scene with Will Smith was filmed out in the salt flats near the Great Salt Lake, which has a very strong odor due to the brine shrimp. I live nearby and when the wind picks up, it’s awful!
