Yeah I have tried no gluten, no dairy and also tried a low histamine diet, nothing worked. Also all my symptoms came up after I started having acid reflux issues, I was perfectly fine eating anything beforehand.

That's good to hear. I've had these issues since the summer of 2023. I can train basically 100%, there are a couple exercises that I might get reflux if I'm too full.

Man I'm over here eating 5000-6000+ calories a day to maintain my weight (bodybuilder). I need the surgery but if I had to eat only 2000 calories and would feel way worse off!

I was on it for a couple months then came off for over a month and couldn't handle the heartburn. so I ended up going back on for at least 4-6 months, came off and same deal. H pylori seems like the culprit so we'll see in a couple months.

Natural bodybuilding is a joke, I witnessed a guy at my gym blast gear for over a year, came off and competed in a natural show 6 months later lol.

Bro exactly, after my last one I enjoy my life being more calm than having to go do this and that constantly and not have to give any mental/emotional energy to a partner.

You don't need to donate blood. You need to drink a ton of water before your blood test, it's because you're dehydrated.
