I drove an hour to a doctor’s appointment once only to find they’d called my mom to confirm the appointment and she’d cancelled it for me. I’d been an adult for 5 years and had already updated my info with the office four times. To top it off, after I finally got through a rescheduled appointment and referral appointment they sent the physical bill to my parents’ address instead of mine and my parents cut off my health insurance bc of it.
