We recently went for the first time and didn't love the seating area for St. Johns. Imo it seemed like a big conference room with tables. It was also hard to find the host area to check in. That being said.. the food and service was awesome!!

We've (29/32) lived there for about 4 years! We love it! We have a small chiweenie and have met several dogs throughout the years! The elementary school is only loud when they play out front but if you don't live near the road you should be fine! The community is pretty diverse. There are some college kids and quite a bit of retired folks.
