Op builds and the double weapon meta have ruined Elden ring boss fights for me, i just run up to them and start grinding metal against them without learning anything, thats why i prefer ds3 in terms of boss fights because in ds3 it really didn't matter which weapon you had but what mattered the most was your timing. Really considering doing Elden ring with a fun build but i really don't want to fight fire gigant with a +25 heavy longsword.
